Property Management & Tenant Placement

Housing Support, Tenant Placement & Landlord Partnerships

Stable housing begins with strong partnerships between property owners, housing providers, and the communities they serve. Through my work in Milwaukee, I collaborate with landlords, property owners, and housing programs to help connect qualified tenants with available housing opportunities.

My focus is supporting both sides of the housing process — helping landlords identify responsible tenants while assisting individuals and families who are navigating housing transitions.

Tenant Placement Services

I assist property owners and housing providers with identifying prospective tenants who are seeking stable housing opportunities. This process may involve coordination with housing programs, referrals from community partners, and communication with property owners regarding available units.

Tenant placement support may include:

• Connecting landlords with prospective tenants
• Coordinating referrals through housing programs and partner organizations
• Facilitating communication between landlords and applicants
• Supporting housing placement processes when appropriate

Property Oversight Support

In some situations, property owners may request additional coordination or oversight support for their properties. This may include assisting with communication between property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Support may include:

• Coordination with vendors or service providers
• Communication support between property owners and tenants
• Assistance with property-related logistics
• Monitoring general property conditions when requested by ownership

Landlord Partnerships

Strong landlord relationships are essential to expanding housing access and supporting stable communities. I work with property owners who are interested in partnering with housing programs, community organizations, or tenant placement initiatives.

Landlord partnerships may include:

• Connecting landlords with housing placement programs
• Identifying available units for program participants
• Coordinating housing opportunities with community organizations
• Supporting communication between landlords and placement partners

Housing Navigation Coordination

Housing navigation involves helping individuals and families identify available housing opportunities while working alongside service providers and housing programs.

Through partnerships with community organizations, housing navigators, and housing programs, I help support the coordination process that connects tenants with appropriate housing opportunities.

Brokerage vs. Non-Broker Activities

Certain real estate services, such as negotiating leases or conducting licensed brokerage activities, are performed in accordance with Wisconsin real estate licensing requirements.

Other activities, including housing navigation coordination, tenant referrals, and partnership development with housing programs, may be performed separately as non-broker support services in collaboration with property owners and community organizations.

This distinction ensures compliance with Wisconsin real estate regulations while allowing for broader housing support initiatives.
