Housing stability often requires coordination between property owners, housing programs, service providers, and community organizations. Through my work in Milwaukee, I help support housing navigation efforts that connect individuals and families with available housing opportunities.

By working alongside housing providers and community partners, I aim to contribute to solutions that expand access to safe and stable housing.

Housing Navigation Support

Housing navigation involves helping individuals identify available housing options while working with organizations that provide case management, support services, or program coordination.

This work may include:

• Identifying potential housing opportunities
• Connecting housing providers with individuals seeking housing
• Coordinating communication between housing programs and property owners
• Supporting housing placement processes alongside community partners

Community Partnerships

Expanding housing opportunities requires collaboration across multiple sectors. I engage with community organizations, housing programs, and service providers that are working to address housing needs throughout Milwaukee.

These partnerships focus on creating pathways for individuals and families to access stable housing while supporting property owners who are open to participating in housing placement initiatives.

Landlord Network Development

A key part of housing navigation work is building relationships with property owners who are open to participating in housing placement programs.

By developing a network of landlords and housing providers, it becomes possible to expand available housing opportunities and create stronger connections between housing programs and the private rental market.

Youth & Transitional Housing Initiatives

Young adults and individuals transitioning into independent housing often require additional support systems. I engage with organizations that work with youth and transitional-age individuals to help identify housing opportunities that support long-term stability.

These efforts focus on strengthening connections between housing providers and programs designed to assist individuals in securing and maintaining housing.
